I’m professionally involved in photography since 2010, at the beginning as photojournalist and wedding photographer.

I’ve studied (and graduated) at the Neue Schule für Fotografie in Berlin under the supervision of Bertram Kober. After graduation I gave lessons on printing technique and the mysterious world of color management.

Assisting one of Germanys biggest experts of fine scanning art I discovered the world of high-quality scans, what drum scanners are and how they work. It was fascinating! That’s why I chose I had to have one of them. Now I’ve got two for me and my clients.

I don’t like sever distinctions: I can’t and don’t want to define me as portrait photographer, event photographer or wedding photographer. For sure each and every photographic genre has its own “rules” but at the end of the day it is always a matter of light and feelings.

I make photos to narrate the story of a person, or a special day or a firm or again a product. It’s not a matter of subject: what means are the feelings of that person and the light to use to express that feelings.
